If you have to say that you are something, you are more than likely not that something.
Around this time five years ago, I got lunch with a childhood friend at a sandwich shop in Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve had lunch with many people before, and we hadn’t seen each other in a minute. But this was no ordinary lunch. I’m a big man with a big stomach- eating is a prerequisite for living well, as far as I’m concerned. However, I reached out to my friend to grab food not for getting nourishment of the stomach, but nourishment of the soul.
